We work with founders before product-market fit — the stage where a wrong technical bet or a misread market sets you back a year. It's the stage where a venture studio earns its keep, and it's the stage we've built the muscle for.

One team, one opinion.
Product, design, engineering, and infra on a single table. No handoffs between a design agency and a dev shop. One opinion on what to build, one voice in the weekly, one codebase at the end.

Own the infrastructure.
We deploy to your AWS, your Vercel, your EC2 — with Docker-compose files you can read and a CI pipeline you can maintain. No proprietary hosting, no handoff fee, no 'but the site runs on our platform.' You own the box, the certs, and the logs.

Ship scope, not abstractions.
We write the code the product needs today. We don't pre-build for hypothetical scale, wrap simple things in frameworks, or refactor around a refactor. Three similar lines beats a premature abstraction — and the test suite catches what the types don't.

Equity is a real option.
When the fit is there, we take equity and ship alongside you for a multi-month engagement. It's selective — we only say yes to founders we want to ship with for a year, not six weeks.

Handover from week one.
Every engagement is scoped to end with your team owning the codebase. Real documentation, real CI, real runbooks — not a Notion page and a prayer. If we did our job, the next hire can pick it up and ship.
